A FEW TESTIMONIALS FROM SENIOR MANAGEMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION CLIENTS
Derek, thank you so much for your dedication and impact over the years. Recruiting the right talent into our organization is the fuel to our success, and you've been a big part of that. Thank you!
– Andy Maus, SVP, HR
I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Derek about nine years ago when I started overseeing Talent Acquisition for Healthcare in 2015. Derek was with a competitor at the time, but with the first phone call, I knew I wanted Derek to be on my team. It took almost seven years for that to come to fruition, and I could not have been happier to know it was a great decision, which fostered a relationship from an introductory phone call so long ago.
Derek is a true professional and delivers every time for his candidates, hiring managers, and his team. Derek will absolutely leave a void, but I could not be happier that he has completed this phase with his head held high to focus on his family, friends, and himself.

I wanted to share that Derek was a huge asset to our region. He has been by far the most proactive, responsive recruiter I have ever worked with. And most importantly, he "got it". My team countlessly would share "Derek's all of over it.", "Derek took care of everything, he's awesome!"
Not only was he great at what he did, his personality was infectious. We wish Derek the best of luck and hope he enjoys every bit of the adventures that await him. The Tench Region sends many hugs and blessings!
– Nikki Tench, SVP – Morrison Healthcare
Derek was a great partner for Operations. The RVPs he supported loved working with him because of his focus, dedication, and, most importantly, results. We wish Derek all the best in this next chapter and thank him for his years of partnership. He will be missed!
– Avi Pinto, Division President
Congratulations not only for your 20+ years of Air Force service and 15+ years of Compass service in various roles, but also for your competence, dedication, great results, and, most of all, for being a fabulous teammate and person! We never entirely lose people like you because your approach and positive influence carry on with the team!
– Michael Gruber
When I first started with Morrison as a recruiter in 2006, my boss at the time sent Derek down to Atlanta to train me. From Derek I learned all the tricks, shortcuts, workarounds, and which hiring managers not to worry about. He claims credit for any success I had as a recruiter. He quit once before, but like a bad penny, we will probably see him again down the road. He's a good man and will be missed.
